Pregnancy is a transitional time for women and their bodies and our Prenatal Yoga class is focused on honoring and understanding those changes. This class will utilize postures and breathing to help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, keep the body flexible, and connect mother and baby on a deeper level. A regular Prenatal Yoga practice will help mothers prepare for a healthy, mindful, more natural approach to the challenges of labor and birth.
